Boarding

We like to think our boarding services are unique! We love to make all our furry guests feel at home and relaxed. We allow them to have their own toys, blankets, beds and sometimes bowls as long as you don't mind if they return home with their name on them. We want to make sure everything your pet came to us with except maybe his food and treats, returns home with him or her so we take the time to list and label everything.

We make sure that no matter the weather- rain, snow, sleet and dark of night your baby has had numerous potty breaks throughout the day into the late evening; sometimes even as late as 11 pm. We take orders from you : what time they eat, sleep, play and try to maintain the same schedule with them as close as possible within our schedule. Medications are no problem, as all our kennel assistants are trained to give oral and injectable medications if needed by your pooch. We try to include all our pampered canines in the place in some play time or one-on-one time so no one feels neglected. 
​Lake Forest Boarding offers two indoor play rooms for the discerning canine that just doesn't "do outdoors!" We have one large for the medium, large and extra large breeds and a smaller one for the small and toy breeds. Or we can always have a good old fashion mixer in the large room with a variety of any that want to play together. We always ask "parents" permission before we put your dog with others to play and always pre-socialize dogs before we put them in to play together. At least one of the kennel assistants is with the groups at all times; so sorry if we don't answer your call, we may be having a hay day with your pup!  We have three outdoor play areas surrounded by 6 foot chain link fencing and in some areas 6 foot privacy as well. Will have been working on getting more exciting things for them to do while they are outside!
